Children respond best and have the best experience when expectations and boundaries are clear.

We want our pupils to grow into confident, creative and well rounded individuals. To support this  we have developed a set of guidelines known as The BIG 6 These  guidelines reflect our values at FHTS and are based upon kindness, respect, and striving to be the best version of ourselves. They are a success criteria for each group to follow to ensure that all group members feel valued, respected, and safe throughout every session. The BIG 6 are displayed clearly in every session and are woven into all aspects of our teaching.
