Keeping Your Child Safe

Our students are at heart of all we do, therefore when your child is with us you can be sure that they are in safe hands. In order to provide a service of the highest quality the following measures are in place:

Any adult that works or volunteers with us holds a DBS certificate

(Previously known as CRB). This means that you can be sure your children are in safe hands.

All members of staff hold up-to-date paediatric first aid qualifications and our managers hold advanced paediatric first aid certificates.

Staff undergo thorough in-house training before starting with us. This is recapped on a regular basis to ensure that our staff are always at their best.

All staff members are required to undergo safeguarding training and hold a valid certificate in safeguarding children provided by the local authority.

Thorough risk assessments are carried out on a regular basis to minimise and eliminate risk as much as is possible.

We hold public liability insurance up to a value of £5,000,000
