Simple & Efficient 

Step  1 - Initial meeting: We discuss the needs & requirements of your school and work out logistics

Step 2 - Confirm logistics: You confirm with us which space we will use, days & times, and year groups
 

Step 3 - Launch materials go out: (we provide letters for you to send out to your students, and posters to go up)
 

Step 4 - Written Agreement: We will provide you with a simple written agreement that both you and us will sign.  The purpose of this is to provide clarity on issues such as safeguarding procedures, premises usage & fire safety etc. 
 

Step 5 - Classes open: At this point all the work on your end is complete. We take it from here! 

Staff Options

Option 1: Classes run by one member of staff from FHTS, for up to 15 children per group. 

Option 2: One of your members of staff joins us in a support role for the sessions. This enables us to take up to 30 students. Your member of staff claims the hours that they work as overtime... and we pay for it!

Finances

Your school will invoice us on a termly basis for the following: 
 

• Premises use (if applicable)

• Additional staff hours (including on-costs)

• Additional lock up fees (if applicable)
