Collection Information

The safety of our students is our top priority. We hope you can understand that during pick-up we must be certain that we are handing our students over to a trusted adult. All adults listed above as contacts will be authorised to collect your child however it may be a good idea to give us a few more names below (e.g. family members or parents of other club members that may collect your child occasionally). This can help us to avoid having to make a phone call on the day to authorise an "unknown collector".

We use a safe collection password system to ensure that our students are released to trusted adults. Please choose an appropriate password in the box below. You will need to make sure any adult collecting your child knows this password. If an adult cannot give the password we may need to call you to authorise the collection.
